1. BUSINESS COUNSELING

The first and most popular service of FIWE. Aspiring women come to FIWE for support to convert their ideas into a profitable Business enterprises.
Women are counseled at FIWE's Offices. Sector specific counseling on various business opportunities is done on selected days.
One-to-one business counseling done voluntarily by existing member entrepreneurs, who have also undergone training in professional counseling.

2. ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARENESS PROGRAM (EAP):

Is a program where FIWE informs its clientele of what services it offers and entrepreneurs entrepreneurship.
Discussion on business ideas, schemes and incentives offered by different agencies.
Awareness programs are often conducted in interior rural areas to reach out to larger number of women.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (EDP):

FIWE conducts general Entrepreneurship Development programs normally after Awareness programs and/ or at periodic intervals FIWE has trained thousands of women spread across various states of India

Unique training module developed and practiced by FIWE.
Capacity building and preparation of client for business development.
Includes sessions on empowerment, business, exposure visits, interaction with successful entrepreneurs, government officials and support gencies.
Provides networking with support agencies and provision of services to the clients.

3. SKILL DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

FIWE conducts need based skill development programs in specific sectors like:

Leather craft, woodwork, matting and basket weaving, grassmat, pottery, packaging, handicrafts, photo Framing, Bar coding, hand made paper and eco-friendly products etc, for EDP beneficiaries and other counsels.
Industrial Goods, Technology, Food Processing, Engineering, Fashion, Textlie & Accessories

TRAINERS TRAINNG PROGRAM:

• FIWE owes its success to its holistic approach in including all Development agencies, both government and NGOs in its training programs.

4. PROVIDING TECHNOLOGY & NOW-HOW

• FIWE continually endeavors to provide information and consulting in new technology developments, facilitating technology transfer and providing expertise and know-how.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP):

• Is an integral part of FIWE’s activities. The objective of MDP is to enhance, in order to support Growth of SME’s business enterprise.


MEMBER SERVICE PRORAM:

FIWE has 12000 individual members and 22 State Associates membership base who are practicing entrepreneurs. The membership committee supports the needs of these members.

Federation has LIFE-TIME PRESTIGIOUS PRIYADARSHINI AWARDS-theme based in appreciation of the outstanding women entrepreneurs.
National and International conference with seminar, workshop and exhibition held every year, for women to update and discuss relevant issues and policies.
Net working with national and international agencies, NGOs, and like-minded institutions for furthering the interests of members for fellowship & to create a platform for exchange of idea and Business Information updating.

• FIWE actively participates and voices opinions of Women in India at the Policy making forums to protect the interest of Women aspiring to achieve higher levels of economic participation, to enable them to be successful and accomplish their goals.
